Frank began his career in 1998 with Automatic Entrance Systems in Calgary, Alberta. He spent 10 years working in commercial automatic door installation and service before the company was acquired by Stanley Black & Decker. He continued working under Stanley Black & Decker until 2012, gaining extensive hands-on experience with commercial automatic door systems and accessibility solutions.
In 2013, Frank returned to his hometown of Thunder Bay and founded TBay Automatics with a clear goal — to provide reliable, professional automatic door and garage door services to businesses and homeowners across Northwestern Ontario.
